Have you ever had a cold or flu and then your nostril got blocked? The answer given by most people is automatically a yes because catching flu or a cold has become like a must. People usually get colds during the rainy or when there is a lot of dust. Apart from having a running nose, people also have blocked nostrils. Surprising enough, it is not the mucus that causes the nose to swell and cause congestion in the nose but it is the enlargement of the blood vessels that cause the congestion. The enlargement of the blood vessels is caused by increased flow of blood that is caused by the brain’s effort to ease the irritation that is cause by the cold. The best way to get rid of the congestion is by using nasal decongestants. There are a lot of nasal decongestants that can be used but we will focus on Kratom. This is how you will use Kratom as a nasal decongestant.

One, you can use it in spray form. Kratom usually comes in form of dry leaves, fresh leaves pellets, paste among other forms. If you nose is congested, you can add some water in the paste and then you can spray it in your nose. To make sure that you do the right thing, make sure that you tell the person who will sell the drug to you to show you how to go about it. It helps you to get the blood vessels to the normal size. You should also make sure that you take the correct dosage to avoid misusing the drug.

Two, you can you can inhale Kratom. This means that you van either take the fresh leaves or the powder from of Kratom and you put it in boiling water then you inhale the steam that will come from it. Kratom has the menthol properties that are usually put in other drugs and menthol is known to unblock the nostrils. When inhaling the drug, make sure that you inhale the right amount because too much of anything is not good. To make this work out for you, make sure that you inhale the drug bout three times in a day.

Three, you can make tea out of it and it will help you to decongest the nose. In the second paragraph, we get to see that Kratom comes in many forms and one of then is powder. If you nose is congested, you can use that powder to make tea and take it. Tea is among the beverages that are known to help to decongest the nose so if you add Kratom, the better. The tea should also have the correct dosage for you to avoid any effect as a result of over dosage. It is good to note that you should not give the decongestant o children unless you are instructed to do so by the doctor.

Kratom is not an expensive drug to get so take a point of enjoying good health by using Kratom.

Please remove any use of the word "drug" and replace it as "supplement" in this article. Referring to Kratom as a drug only hurts our case in keeping it legal. No medical claims should be made.

I was looking through articles online regarding my itchy skin and kratom, and I noticed several articles mention of kratom causing stuffy nose (which I've been blaming on colds this winter and allergies this spring). However, your article indicates that kratom helps with stuffy nose. So what's right and what's wrong?
